Coaching is a process in which a coach helps individuals identify and achieve their personal goals and professionals. The coach works with the client to create a plan of action and provides support and guidance throughout the process. It usually starts with a understanding your purpose for coaching and goals. Then, an intake is conducted (interviews and/or personality assessments) to get a sense of where you are today and what you're working on (strengths/opportunities). Then, an action plan is put in place with very specific goals for one to two target areas. Regular check-ins are encouraged.
Coaching can help individuals improve their self-awareness, develop new skills, create a plan for achieving their goals, and overcome obstacles that may be holding them back from success.
Caching sessions can vary in length, but each session is typically 60-90 minutes and are start at a minimum of 6 months to one year. It depends where you're starting from and what you're working on.
