What we will do together

There’s a famous quote about change attributed to chemist Antoine Lavoisier that I hold dear: “Nothing is lost. Nothing is created. Everything is transformed.” Basically, change is inevitable. You can embrace it or swim upstream. But, any and all change requires an integrative systems approach, starting with you.

HARA leaders embody their psychological, physical and spiritual identities so they can handle whatever is thrown at them. Here are the six key elements that we will tackle together.

Charting a Course

What is your personal and professional commitment?  What are you choosing NOT to do? What daily practices can help you stay focused and balanced, so you can lead from a centered place? What support system do you have in place to support your goals?

Talent Architecture

What team have you built around you? How have you designed your team to offset your strengths and opportunities? Have you clarified roles, processes, incentive systems, and cultural rituals that are important for your team to thrive.

Impact

As a leader, you'll be making changes with and alongside your team. Have you reconciled the feedback you've heard? What can you accept? What are you willing to change or not change?  Since most change takes 6 to 18 months, are you in it for the long-haul? How will you know you’ve been successful? What can we accomplish in 100 days that will help you shift in a new direction?

Purpose

What is your purpose and commitment to yourself? How does your purpose align with your current role? What part of this role inspires you or drains you? Where do you see yourself long-term in this role, organization, or your career?

Superpowers

What are you known for? What are your personal passions and your strengths?  Do you know what your triggers are under stress? Have you been made aware of your blindspots?

Culture

What headwinds within your organization’s ecosystem are getting in your way or supporting you? What is the organization’s purpose, vision, strategy, structure, processes, incentive systems, rituals and culture? How is the culture bringing you up or pulling you down? What can you do to work within it or change it?

Let’s work together.
